PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are processed within 2-7 business days (M-F) following order placement unless otherwise stated. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our fulfillment center. 

Orders received after 1 pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our fulfillment center. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 7 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping and most orders are shipped within 5-15 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our fulfillment center. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 7 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time.

 

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number through your shipping confirmation email. If a tracking number is missing from your email, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page. 

 

RETURNS

We offer a 30 day return policy. Items attempted to be returned outside the 30 day return window are ineligible for a refund. Items must be returned unworn, unused, and sent back in the original packaging.

REFUNDS

Once your item has arrived at our warehouse, please allow a few business days to inspect your item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to make an exchange, simply return your item and place an order for a new one.
